This privacy policy covers the Facebook applications operated by our business (including AF Manager Tools) to manage our own Facebook Pages: responding to messages sent to our Pages, replying privately to comments, and publishing content.

Data we process

When you message one of our Facebook Pages or comment on our posts, we process your public profile name, your Facebook-provided page-scoped ID, and the content of your messages or comments, solely to respond to you and manage the conversation.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties. We do not use your data for purposes other than responding to your messages and managing our Pages.

Data retention and deletion

Conversation data is retained only as long as needed to manage the conversation. To request deletion of your data, contact us at soporte@kupra.es or alex@inceptionads.co and we will delete your conversation data within 30 days.
